Meet Erin Glass
As an executive with 20+ years of conference badges and event wristbands under my belt, I’ve pretty much seen it all. From the “Was this planned last night?” disasters to jaw-dropping, over-the-top extravaganzas, I’ve been in the thick of it. Marketing myself and my services often meant rolling up my sleeves to plan and host events that brought people together and left a lasting impression.
I’ve chaired event committees for organizations catering to high-powered professionals who demand the best, as well as non-profits where delivering unforgettable experiences keeps donors coming back year after year. And somewhere along the way, I discovered a secret superpower: making people feel like VIPs.
That same passion spilled over into my personal life, where I became that person—curating ridiculously elaborate birthday parties for my daughter, girl’s nights that friends still rave about, adult soirees that raise the bar, and holiday bashes that make New Year’s Eve sparkle a little brighter. Guests would gush about how amazing everything was, throw around words like “extra” (I own it!), and insist I should start an event planning business.
